Hi friends.
I wanted to update you all. On August 19 my beloved dad Peter passed. He was a strong, positive and kind soul and is missed terribly.

My upcoming hip surgery is September 19. Hopefully soon after I’ll be able to resume Soulful Plant Based Kitchen.
Thank you for being the most wonderful humans. I appreciate you all so much. ❤️

Here is the Delivery Menu for Saturday, March 2

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43
Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110. Serves 3-4

1. Green Thai Curry: tofu, peppers, green beans and mild Thai curry sauce over basmati. Gluten friendly, wfpb, no oil.
2. Meatloaf Dinner: lentil, meatloaf, stuffing, mashed potatoes, carrots and gravy. Family size will consist of 2 large dinners that will serve 3-4. Contains gluten and vegan butter.
3. Mushroom Bolognese: Red lentil marinara with mushrooms and spinach over pasta.
4. Sesame Ginger Noodles: salad with rice noodles, peppers, shredded carrots, and green onions, mixed with my sweet umami dressing. Gluten friendly, contains sesame oil.
5. Dill Pickle Soup: Potatoes, carrots, celery and dill pickles in a savoury sour cream broth. Gluten friendly, wfpb, no oil.
6. Tuscan White Bean and Kale Soup: vegetables and beans in creamy tomato sauce. Gluten friendly, wfpb, no oil.

Delivery to St Albert and Edmonton. $40 minimum for delivery. Porch drop off Saturday, March 2. Order via email abuck15@gmail.com or in private message. Etransfer payment once I confirm your order. I’ll post above when I close this preorder.

Here is the Delivery Menu for Saturday, February 17

Individual Meals, $9 each or 5 for $43
Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110. Serves 3-4.

-Mediterranean Pasta Salad: Pasta, chickpeas, cucumbers, cherry, tomatoes, red onions and my tangy salad dressing topped with homemade tofu feta. Contains gluten and a small amount of olive oil.

-Cauliflower Curry: cauliflower, potatoes, chickpeas in coconut curry. GF, no oil, wfpb.

-Red Thai Noodles: linguine swimming in red Thai curry sauce. A little spicy. Contains gluten, no oil.

-Lentil Carrot Soup: carrots, red lentils, onions, ginger and garlic, coriander & allspice stewed then blended with coconut milk and veggie broth.
GF, no oil, wfpb.

-Mushroom Stroganoff: Mushrooms, onions and garlic sautéed with thyme, paprika, gf soy sauce, Dijon, and nutritional yeast. Finished with a little coconut milk. Served over noodles. GF, no oil, wfpb.

-Enchiladas: corn tortillas filled with refried beans and spicy rice baked with enchilada sauce and topped with cheese. Individual size comes baked ready to heat, Family size comes ready to bake. GF, no oil. Wfpb ask for no cheese.

Hey friends,

Should we have Gyros soon? I’ll send along the freshest pita, homemade Seitan and garlic sauce. All you have to do is supply the tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese and whatever else you like in your Gyros. Fill it, wrap it, heat it and eat it!

Gyros are kind of like a Donair but spiced differently and the sauce deliciously savoury.
One for Individual Meals and 4 for Family Meals.

Coconut Lime Chickpeas: tangy lime chickpea curry with spinach. Gluten friendly, no oil, wfpb. Comes with rice.

Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Bowtie: Caramelized onions and sun dried tomatoes in a creamy sauce over bowtie. Contains gluten and vegan butter.

Corn Chowder: tender baby potatoes, peppers and corn in a coconut milk based chowder. Gluten friendly, no oil, wfpb. Individual 450 ml, Family size 2 litres

Sweet Potato and Sausage Stew: tender sweet potatoes, Beyond sausage and spinach simmered in a delicious sauce. Gluten friendly.

Minestrone: kidney beans with lots of vegetables in Italian inspired broth with pasta. Contains gluten. No oil.
