Here is the delivery menu for Saturday, January 17.

🌱 Tahini Miso Noodles with Tofu: baked tofu crumbles with rice noodles, bok choy and peppers in spicy (3/5) tahini miso broth to die for. GF

🌱 Dal and Coconut Rice; red lentil tomato curry with a side of rice. GF.

🌱 Taco Penne: noodles and lots of meaty tomato sauce.

🌱 Teriyaki Tofu: marinated tofu, rice and peppers in homemade Teriyaki sauce. GF.

🌱 Potato Corn Chowder: creamy soup with celery, peppers, corn and potatoes. GF.

🌱 Black Bean Soup: vegetables, tomatoes, black beans and chipotle with a lime garnish. Comes with cilantro. Let me know if you’d prefer I leave it out. GF.

Chili Mac: my most requested meal! Meaty chili and old fashioned mac & cheese.

Lasagna: layers of noodles, spinach, marinara and bechamel topped with cheese. Cooked and ready to heat.

Cheesy Broccoli Rice: delicious creamy casserole with rice, mushrooms, broccoli, celery and cheese. Ready to heat. GF.

Dill Pickle Soup: Rich soup with pickles and potatoes. GF.

Tomato Macaroni Soup: old fashioned tomato soup with macaroni.

Potato Curry: potatoes slow cooked in a tomato curry with a side of rice. GF.

Mark your calendars for January 10, 17, and 31. Menus will go live every Sunday morning before delivery on Saturdays.

A few wee changes are coming in 2026, but don’t worry, prices are staying the same! 😁

Starting after January 17, I’ll be posting menus every 2 weeks with 6+ options. That means you can stock up and freeze for the weeks I’m not delivering.
Got requests or ideas? Let’s make this year amazing! I’m all ears.

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43

🌱 Tomato Gnocchi: simple yet delicious. Tender potato pasta and slow simmered marinara. Contains gluten.

🌱 Red Thai Ramen: rice noodles in red Thai curry broth with tofu, mini corn and peppers. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Sweet Potato Sausage Stew: Beyond sausage, sweet potatoes and kale crafted into the best tasting meal. GF.

🌱 Sun Dried Tomato Penne: creamy tomato sauce over al dente pasta. No oil, wfpb. Contains gluten.

🌱 Dal and Coconut Rice: red lentils with warm spices perfect for the minus a billion temps we’re going to have over the holidays. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Mediterranean Vegetable Soup: tons of veggies, ditali pasta and potatoes. Add a slice of bread and you’re in heaven. Wfpb, no oil. Contains gluten.

🌱 Thai Noodle Soup: Thai curry broth with rice vermicelli, greens, mini corn and peppers. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Creamy Mushroom Soup: comfort in a bowl. Contains gluten.

🌱 Teriyaki Tofu: baked tofu and homemade Teriyaki sauce over fluffy rice. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Twice Baked Potatoes: potatoes twice baked with vegan cheddar and green onions. Comes with sour cream. Meal in a bowl. GF.

🌱 Baked White Lasagna: layers of noodles, spinach, smashed white beans, bechamel and cheese. Baked with more cheese. Contains gluten.
