Here is the Holiday Delivery Menu for Saturday, October 11

DINNERS
Small Dinner $10 serves 1
Large Dinner $15 serves 1-2
Both include:
Lentil Loaf-lentil and vegetable loaf roasted with a tangy topping
Mashed Potatoes- whipped with butter and soy milk
Sourdough stuffing- sourdough and pumpernickel bread with celery, onions and dried cranberries.
Gravy- caramelized onion gravy
Carrots
Cranberry sauce- homemade of course

EXTRAS
Mushroom Gravy
- 1 litre $14
Mashed Potatoes
- 4+ servings $15
Sourdough Stuffing
- 2+ servings $8
- 6+ servings $18
- Pumpkin Pie $15

Minimum $40 for delivery.

Delivery areas have changed. I may add areas at a later date. Apologies to those outside the yellow, it’s either construction or distance.

Delivery will be in the morning. Due to the plastic bag ban please leave out a tote, bag or box large enough for your order. Add an ice pack if needed. If you’ve purchased a bag from me before I’ll use it. No need to leave anything out. 😁

Some changes:
Ordering must be done via email, delivery area has changed and prices will be a little bit higher (but not too much 😉)

Hi friends.
I wanted to update you all. On August 19 my beloved dad Peter passed. He was a strong, positive and kind soul and is missed terribly.

My upcoming hip surgery is September 19. Hopefully soon after I’ll be able to resume Soulful Plant Based Kitchen.
Thank you for being the most wonderful humans. I appreciate you all so much. ❤️

Here is the Delivery Menu for Saturday, March 2

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43
Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110. Serves 3-4

1. Green Thai Curry: tofu, peppers, green beans and mild Thai curry sauce over basmati. Gluten friendly, wfpb, no oil.
2. Meatloaf Dinner: lentil, meatloaf, stuffing, mashed potatoes, carrots and gravy. Family size will consist of 2 large dinners that will serve 3-4. Contains gluten and vegan butter.
3. Mushroom Bolognese: Red lentil marinara with mushrooms and spinach over pasta.
4. Sesame Ginger Noodles: salad with rice noodles, peppers, shredded carrots, and green onions, mixed with my sweet umami dressing. Gluten friendly, contains sesame oil.
5. Dill Pickle Soup: Potatoes, carrots, celery and dill pickles in a savoury sour cream broth. Gluten friendly, wfpb, no oil.
6. Tuscan White Bean and Kale Soup: vegetables and beans in creamy tomato sauce. Gluten friendly, wfpb, no oil.

Delivery to St Albert and Edmonton. $40 minimum for delivery. Porch drop off Saturday, March 2. Order via email abuck15@gmail.com or in private message. Etransfer payment once I confirm your order. I’ll post above when I close this preorder.
