AWV is now involved with not only almost every major national franchise restaurant chain but also has been involved with hotels, motels, both steel and wood structure base buildings, retail outlets, offices,

dental offices, medical clinics, land development and commercial and residential development. AWV not only provides construction and construction management services but, also offers a complete design build solutions for its clients. AWV is proud to to be soon launching one of its latest and unique mixed use projects upcoming in the north west area of Edmonton. This project has approximately 14000 square feet of commercial and retail space on the main floor and 15 high end luxurious approximately 1400 square feet each - two storey apartments above the commercial space.

Our Story

AWV is proud to to be soon launching one of its latest and unique mixed use projects upcoming in the north west area of Edmonton. This project has approximately 15000 square feet of commercial and retail space on the main floor and, 15 high end luxurious two storey apartments above the commercial space. Each apartment is going to be two bedrooms plus den comprising of approximately 1400 square feet of pure sprawling luxury.

We are happy to report that we have broken ground and construction is in full swing on this project. We are anticipating completion by summer of 2019. Stay tuned for updates.
