Patient Care Pharmacy is open and available for our patients during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
We have adapted our practices to include:

- plexi-glass barriers at our counters
- frequent and additional sanitizing and cleaning (disinfecting countertops, door handles and pin pads frequently throughout the day)
- frequent employee hygiene throughout shift
- curbside service
- delivery service (where possible)
- minimizing people waiting in the store to enable social distancing (we are asking patients to call ahead for refills and for new prescriptions to wait in their car or return at a later time to pick-up)
- we have restricted our front shop to staff access only to minimize contamination - we will retrieve the OTC product for you.
- for injections PLEASE CALL AHEAD we will be performing a verbal COVID-19 screening over the phone first. We will then book an appointment for your injection. We will be wearing personal protective equipment for our mutual protection.

Many physicians have decreased hours and access due to the pandemic, our pharmacists are able to extend or prescribe when appropriate. We will collaborate with your doctor(s) to ensure you get the medications you need.

Please keep in mind ALL CANADIAN PHARMACIES are required to limiting refill amount to 30 days supply. This measure is in place to maintain a sustainable drug supply for all Canadians.

We are maintaining current operating hours (Mon-Fri 9a-7p & Weekends 10a-2p)
We will be evaluating our hours of operation on a weekly basis.
