We believe through practices such as cleansing, yoga and body therapies like Acupuncture, Massage and Shirodhara, it is possible to not only enhance our appreciation for our selves but to inspire happiness and the strength to live the life of our dreams. Energetic meridians which are invisiably mapped on the body are finely tuned to enhance physical and emotional well being. Acupuncture can be used to resolve deeper and more chronic conditions, great for muscle knots or postural issues and trauma. Often the results will last longer than with treatment of massage alone. People often come to Acupuncture first for the physical benefits, but become enamored by its ability to ease the emotions, improve digestion, concentration and sleep. WHY MASSAGE? Because who doesn't love massage.. well ok I know there are a few of you out there, but we suppose perhaps you haven't tried the right massage for you. From relaxation to deep tissue there are so many reasons that massage is good for you. It's great for resolving tension, muscle knots and can even work to detoxify the tissues. We recommend a regular massage regime to transcend the inertia and stresses of daily life.
