I had the opportunity on Saturday to facilitate a session on the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and play for preschoolers. Their laughter and engagement lit up the entire room, and it was incredible to witness. It’s inspiring to know that these bright, compassionate educators are heading back into the world equipped to nurture our little ones with even more care, joy, and presence.

My level 2 training is only weeks away Nov 4 & 5
Level 2 - focuses on yoga in the classroom, building classes for teens, and deeper understanding on how to build more specific classes to suit children who may need additional support due to physical or developmental differences. We will also dive into mindfulness strategies to support social emotional literacy.
