It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been on here!
The last few months have been extremely jam packed, and I can’t believe the holiday season is here! ✨

It’s been a year since I took Strength & Balance on a solo journey, and it has been extremely fulfilling!
I am so happy and comfortable in my new “home” and grateful for the new community I’ve had the pleasure of meeting along the way. Thank you so much to .yeg- who have welcomed me into their space with open arms!
I am continuously grateful for all of your love and support, not only throughout the past 11 years, but this past year especially!

I will be taking a little bit of time off during the holiday season to spend with friends and family.
Dec. 23rd - 26th: CLOSED
Dec. 31st - Jan. 3rd: CLOSED
Although I am fully booked between Christmas and New Years, you can view my schedule online as I have availability in the later part of January.

And, that’s a wrap!

Today, after 14 years, I said goodbye to the place where I started my career as a Massage Therapist.

As I left the building today I was overcome with bittersweet emotion. I started my career in this building, built Strength and Balance here, and now, I’m making one of the hardest steps since opening in 2011.

Over the years I have built many relationships in this location, from clients, past therapists who’ve worked alongside me, to trainers in the gym, the neighbouring businesses, and the people who work there. Together we all made some incredible memories that I will never forget.

I am filled with excitement as I start this new chapter of Strength and Balance. I am looking forward to welcoming new clients as well as returning friends I have treated over the years, to the new space in Rise Physiotherapy and Performance. Your support means the world to me.

Words can not express how grateful I am for your encouragement, kind messages, and continued support.
I’m so excited to start this new chapter, and I can’t wait for you all to see the new space!

Today marks Strength & Balance’s 11th birthday, and what better way to celebrate than to announce my new location!

As of April 1st, I will be operating out of .yeg!
I will be staying in the Oliver area, and the best part- I am only moving three blocks from my current location!

The new space is located at 101 - 11515B 105 Avenue, right next door to Wi**er Draperies.
( I will continue to operate as Strength and Balance Therapeutic Massage. All contact information, website, and booking system will remain the same.)

The past 11 years have been a whirlwind to say the least! It would not have been possible without the support from our amazing clients and the hard work from all of our past therapists!
I am extremely grateful for you all, and I am looking forward to this next chapter!
