Time!
Why are you struggling to go to the gym?
âBecause I donât have enough time,
Why are you struggling with your nutrition?
âBecause Iâm too busy, Iâll just grab something quick.â
Everything always comes down to how much time. Even if youâre not in a rush, youâll always find the path that takes less time to get from point A-B or get a product.
Audit your day; look at where time is getting used or wasted. Log all of it! Start to schedule your days; time block each activity, when times up, move on to the next task.
But,
Donât schedule it all too tight, leaving you rushed or cutting into new tasks. Make it manageable to get done.
Plan, Prepare, Action = Results.
Always starts with planning.
