Dear Lisa,

I'm speechless. So much information; so much to take in. I will definitely read this over and over again. Like last time.
It's great to read it. And after reading this there's this interesting and amazing feeling of connection. Deep, for sure. Nothing superficial about it at all... ;o) Loving it!

The stuff/suggestions about my parents: I should have had that years ago!

I've felt abandonment my whole life. but always others abandoning me. I don't mean that in a bad or boo-hoo way or as 'me just being a victim'. I just thought of that when I saw the word.
I've never had right shoulder pain..... Is that coming? Hope not. Or will it come as a sign I need to let go?
I did always have back pain, in my lower back -and more to the left-, but ever since my ex left that's gone.

The "Judge Not; Fear Not; Resist Not" is great and I've written it already on my board, here at work and will do so at home. Very good!

Ha - praising myself..... good one. Never done that. Where I come from (the family I grew up in and the culture I'm from, we don't praise ourselves as that's considered arrogant). Well, hell with that, eh?!

Get clear on what I want right now..... I will!!

I thought it was a great session too. It enriches my life. Really!

Thanks so much for the sharing that experience with me. I was unsure at first cause I had never heard of it before but it was cool when u told me about Myrna. I have applied how i can encourage her to be herself and she is already showing signs of growth. After I got the reading it is like things seem easier. I don't feel as stressed over the little things anymore. I feel like I have more energy and drive. Taking care of myself more and refinding my hobbies doesn't feel selfish like it used to. It's like I am learning about myself all over again. When I asked about my purpose it's like I found me interesting again.

this was a harder one to revisit , this friend passed away a couple years ago now life gets busy and we had drifted away but I always appreciated her support she was a annual client and longtime friend I know she's found beaches and drinks in the best outfits till i see you again ...
Hi Lisa,

Just wanted to thank you for last night's Akashic Records reading. I didn't know what to expect, but it was for sure an enlightening experience. Felt very energetic after.
And on my way home I had all these questions in my head. Next time (can you even do this more often?) I would be better prepared with different questions. Or are there guidelines for what questions you can ask.

I also had the weirdest dream. I dreamt of an eye that's first very dark and then there's light coming out of the eye and it becomes lighter and lighter. Lots of light.
This morning I was super energetic. Now I'm all of a sudden exhausted, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the reading or just the fact that it was a long week....

Anyway. It was good seeing you again and share this with you. You're really doing a great job with this!

I was a bit anxious about having Lisa read my records because I had never had that experience before. But Lisa is so educated and patient that she explained the process to me step by step and reassured me that I “just have to ask” and I would receive my answer(s).

Call to book yours or decide you really need a renewal or refresh reset with a body read session clearing chakras emotional releases with somatic and fascia muscle release . My dear friend Natasha . She was my Edmonton air bnb host . She asked what is my work on my first visit, i explained she was intrigued. I usually offer hosts a chance to see what a session is like and hope they spread the word .
She came and than offered me barter the accomdations for sessions . She brought many others . Edmonton was a fav place beyond just getting to see family
She has a campground that is founded on eco principals just an hour west . And has been getting out of air bnb / rentals so she can be on the land more .
I appreciate whole heartly her support her belief in my somatic energy healing . I have such admiration for her path in life and it's been such a blessing to have our friendship grow .

The messages are divine mothering so self mothering caring for self priortizing self parenting , achievement which is for matching intention and efforts and leveling up . Opening heart is spending time near water it said I might be going on a trip to be near water ... yes please ! Also releasing resistance and opening the heart to trust .
