Back to school means back on a schedule. Today I’m sharing some of my go-to essential oil roller recipes for better sleep. Not only do they help to fall asleep quicker, but you will also sleep soundly through the night and wake up feeling refreshed!

You can apply these roll-ons to your forehead, neck, nose, chest, and feet. Rubbing these oils on your feet is super relaxing! A good foot massage can work wonders for a restful night.
