Status update! We finally have our healing space mostly set up. It needs a fresh coat of paint and new curtains, but for all intents and purposes, it's organized, clean and ready to use. We received our first shipment of crystals, and we're in the process of sorting and pricing, with another delivery of crystals arriving tomorrow! The amethysts are especially lovely 💗. Hoping to get some good photos to post by next week, once the stock is organized.

Okay... it was a little frightening to hit that Confirm button, last night - in fact, I chickened out and had Mike do it for me lol - but the first merchandise order for Hearthstones, has been placed! The cozy little shop space in my Reiki room will soon be stocked with beautiful amethyst druzy w/ cut bases, multicolored amethyst stalactite geodes, the customary hematite rings, Emma eggs/seer stones (rose quartz, clear quartz and amethyst), selenite sticks and massage wands, beautiful raw orange calcite and raw rainbow fluorite, and lovely little geodes filled with sparkling Argentinian pink amethyst 💞.

I'm not looking forward to paying off that order LOL but I am SO excited to receive and offer it!! Being able to have even a tiny crystal & gem shop of my own, is a dream come true 🧡!!

In wanting to get more forward momentum on preparing and building Hearthstones Holistic Healing, my home business, despite covid-based complications, I've been investing in additional certifications. I was pleasantly surprised this morning to realize I'm almost halfway through my Meditation Teacher Training certification course! I'm really excited about that one, for so many reasons. In this pandemic-ridden world we find ourselves in now, internal calm and circumstantial acceptance are coming harder for everyone. Being able to offer meditation guidance will be something I can provide regardless of quarantines and distance practices. I'm also working on a certification to deepen and specialize in distance healing techniques, including but not exclusive to Reiki. This is another one I'm really enjoying and excited for. Also, although it has less significance for being offered from a distance, I am ecstatic to also be earning a Bliss Bowls certification in singing bowl sound therapy techniques!! That course is just pure candy for me lol. I love my singing bowl!

It's been an eventful year but my goals for Hearthstones have remained steadfast, if delayed. The new healing space will comfortably accommodate reiki seekers, after some minor renovations. I also intend to acquire my Lvl3 reiki cert. in the coming year, to prepare for offering my own certification training. Hopefully, by the time covid restrictions are lifted, we will be ready to receive! In the meantime, please continue to stay safe and keep others safe, with social distancing, sanitizers/handwashing, and wearing your masks! Thank you for your continued patience and support 💕!

Just earned a new certificate for my wall. Now my Reiki 1 cert. will have some company, while I save up for Reiki 2.

Because crochet is such a big part of my life and a task which I pour a good deal of energy and love into, I feel it's important that I take the time to create my own blankets for use in my reiki practice. Michael had the thought that I should make several, in various colors to represent the chakras, and allow my clients to select the blanket they feel most drawn to for their sessions, lending another element to the healing. This cotton afghan is going to be the first of my future collection of reiki/chakra blankets 😊.
