As we approach the end of 2024, we want to remind you that if your health benefits are based on the calendar year, you only have a few months left before they expire. Although we’re away, our online booking system is open for appointments up to 2 months in advance. Appointments can be scarce, and the waitlist tends to grow towards the end of December. Avoid the rush and book your appointments today to make the most of your health benefits and enjoy the full benefits of massage therapy, especially during the chilly winter months. 🥶
