First time cupper over here 🙋🏽‍♂️
Looks more gnarly than it feels, but over all I enjoyed the therapy.

Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250million year old dinosaur 🦖 body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule.
It all takes it toll, so being proactive is critical.

We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it.

With the recent announcement of Alberta re-opening into Phase 2 I am pleased to start taking bookings after the 6th of July. See you then!

With the recent news yesterday I am cautiously optimistic about Alberta re-opening soon.

Massage Therapy is listed in stage 2, which does not have a date assigned to it.

I will be focusing on safety (yours and mine) and will continue to monitor the government and my Massage Association’s posts regarding new protocols and restrictions. As you can imagine massage is not something that fits well wit’s physical distancing. There will be changes to how things are done to keep everyone healthy.

As soon as a start up date is clearer - I’ll open up my online booking.

Please watch for more updates as the weeks progress. This break has been good - but I’ve missed you all.
