All classes listed on schedule are offered In Person and Live streamed online. Our mission at SUN YOGA, is to spread peace, health and wellness through TRADITIONAL YOGA. We welcome all ages and all levels to our center, to learn not only about how yoga can help maintain a healthy body, but to also learn how Yogic philosophy when applied in daily life, can help maintain a peaceful mind and spirit. The goal of yoga is inner and outer peace, and the realization of unity in diversity. The calming energy of the studio, soft music, and gentle instructions make the yoga class experience very safe, and conducive for not only learning yoga, but for personal and spiritual growth also. The idea is to go wherever the body and mind takes us that day… with no pre conceived ideas or expectations or fear… going with the flow… doing as much as we can.

Feel and experience how when you do a seemingly challenging task with a clear mind, and one step at a time,you are able to tap into your highest potential!

Surya Namaskar practice dates from the vedic age. It is a beautifully-crafted sequence of asana and stretches that loosens up, stretches, massages and tones all the joints, muscles and internal organs of the body. But it also has an intense spiritual element to it, which makes it stand alone in its power.

Sun Salutation is a prayer in motion, a sacred offering to the Sun-the eternal source of energy, wisdom, and life.
With each breath and movement, we align ourselves with cosmic rhythms, embracing strength, gratitude, and inner peace.
