I drew a collective card this week from the Wild Offering Oracle deck 🔮.

This is a message centered around bringing energy to your relationship to self and healing what is coming up for you to heal in order to be the version of yourself that will attract relationships, friendships, and companions that you desire.

When we are solid in our own foundation of who we are, our values, our vision of what we want to create our life to look like, we attract more of the same.

When we are in an unbalanced state of disarray, despair, fear, etc we also attract more of the same.

✨We attract what we BE not what we want.

This is a message to look within and sit with your energy to see where you can tweak things, release things, or create things that fulfill your own inner peace and strengthen your relationship to self.
THEN allow your new found energy to flow.

It all starts within. ❤️

Feeling scattered? 🤪
Brain fog? Lack of clarity or direction?
Or just overall unbalanced?

These are all symptoms of ungrounded energy. 💫

When we are ungrounded, it's easy to absorb or mistake other's energy as your own. Boundaries tend to get blurred, feelings of disconnection, or inability to find direction or clarity, being swept up in what's going on around you without feeling like you have control are all signs that's it's time to check in and ground your energy to Mother Earth.🌎

This is something that comes up a lot in my energy healing sessions and is connected to the root chakra and something that I work with frequently to clear out and reset for my beautiful clients as well as myself.

When we are fully connected, centered, and grounded in our physical bodies upon Mother Earth we are in resonance and harmony with her and can hear/connect to our Higher Self and Intuition MUCH easier.

A simple practise of short meditation, visualization exercise, standing barefoot on the ground for a few minutes, energy healing sessions, using grounding crystals, or other grounding tools such as mats, bed toppers, etc can bring you back to center and in harmony to feel more stable and clear in your mind and body. 🙏🧘‍♀️

These are some of my absolute favorite grounding crystals I use either in grounding meditation or carry around on me when I need some centering and focus:

💎Smoky Quartz
💎 Hematite
💎Black Obsidian
