Attention lurkers! We love you and we see you. If you’ve been contemplating an Emberwood thing but feel awkward, shy, and like it’s hard to leave the house then we have this gentle space for you. We meet online. You stay in your pyjamas. Cameras off, if you like. No pressure to even speak. We’d love to have you with us at Kindling Solitude.
Kindling solitude is an online gathering to explore solitude, learn to shift aloneness or loneliness into a joyful time and be among friends as you do it.
November 23 + 24. 7-9pm & 9-12pm.

Come ask us your questions and get an in-depth overview of Little Lodge, our 1 night eco-solitude trip. We’ll you all the nitty-gritty and answer any questions you have!
Little Lodge is a one night eco-therapy immersion. Participants get the benefits of extended time in nature with support to engage in solitude therapy, a therapeutic modality that supports nervous system regulation, increased creativity, decreased stress and makes space for ample self reflection.
