What a difference 1 year and 5 months can make.
You don’t realize how much you change spiritually, mentally, and physically when you focus on your happiness, well-being, and gut health. It’s astonishing how interconnected our mind, body, and spirit truly are.
When I started prioritizing my happiness and well-being, making conscious choices to nurture my mind and body, everything began to shift. I focused on improving my gut health, knowing that a healthy gut is fundamental to overall wellness. The changes have been profound.
Spiritually, I feel more connected and grounded. The clarity and peace that come from feeling good inside have deepened my sense of purpose and connection to the world around me.
Mentally, I am more focused and resilient. Stress and anxiety have diminished, replaced by a calm and positive mindset. I find joy in everyday moments and approach challenges with a newfound strength.
Physically, I feel lighter, both inside and out. My energy levels have soared, and I move through my days with a sense of vitality and ease that I hadn’t felt in years. Changing my " Nutrition " was absolutely key, especially being a certified nutritionist I had all the tools I needed to get my health back on track. Also being an athlete my whole life up until I was in my early 30s, I really wanted to get my life back. I feel like I did when I was in my early 30s, I'm physical active everyday through physical movement and sports with my students, my kiddos and U18 baseball team I'm coaching.
Today I also signed up for my 1st 5km run in nearly 5 years. I was a competitive runner for 30 years and it feels good to feel the joy of running again.
