After age 30, you typically lose about 3β5% of your muscle mass each decade. I donβt want this to happen, I wanna live a long life and be able bodied throughout it!
I just want to have good habits, be healthy & strong. Iβm now 36 and I can honestly say up until now this is the best Iβve ever felt.
