Have you been involved in research? Do you want to share your findings with your peers? Apply today to present your poster at PDW 2025!

The poster presentation will be held on the day of the Health Fair (Friday, January 10, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM). They will be set up in the Atlantic mezzanine outside of the ballroom in which the health fair will take place. Presenters are welcome to set up anytime after 11am (to be ready to go by 11:45am) and can stay as long as they’d like up until 5pm. Presentation format will be casual as delegates can peruse various posters while visiting the Health Fair.

Poster presentations will be judged based on:
1. Knowledge in the subject area
2. Depth of understanding
3. Visual presentation (No verbal)

For further details regarding the competition and rubric, PLEASE CONTACT JIN. At the national level, the poster presentation will be purely an educational event to showcase your research and discuss with other students — no winner will be chosen. Presenters will receive a participation certificate.

Participants will be provided with a 4’ x 8’ poster board. Commitments required from participants include displaying the poster and being prepared to discuss their research! Attendance at PDW is preferred; however, it is not mandatory. In the case that a participant is unable to attend PDW 2025, we will assign a delegate who will be responsible for presenting the poster on the participant’s behalf.
