It's been 7 months... and with the return of darkness, winter is looming large in our hearts and minds. Mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health challenges. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020.

Crisis Services Canada has a 24-hour helpline: 1-833 456-4566. CMHA says this is a good number to call in a mental health crisis or if contemplating su***de.
