Our Story
Personal training at EFN is us putting ourselves into your shoes, to experience what you experience, feel what you feel, see what you see, and think what you think. It’s being able to understand you from your perspective. There are many stigma’s that keep our clients stuck in unhelpful patterns, and at EFN our personal trainers dig deep to secure and understand what best works for you to accomplish change. At EFN, we help you overcome mental and emotional blocks to achieve a healthier life.
The six dimensions of life as a whole is emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, physical, and work-related fulfillment. However, many people associate fitness with working out and eating healthy, but it is really so much more. Optimal health depends on our choices such as whether we are active or not, what we choose to eat, how we manage stress, a choice of personal growth or stagnation, or choosing simply to live the life we wish for and being connected to all things; including our own self love.
Our philosophy as personal trainers is a way to practice healthy behaviors that leads to a high level of wellness and optimal well-being. Many diseases, disabilities and mental health problems have been identified as preventable or at least modifiable by openly identifying our client’s risk factors and guiding them towards practicing better life choices in identifiable areas targeting the goals to complete wellness.
EFN is not an open gym, but a private training health facility comprising 1200 sq. ft. with all the latest equipment for gradual progression training for all work out types; ensuring safety first for your body. We offer a casual, comfortable, inviting atmosphere with change rooms and lockers for clients of all ages and shapes and sizes who benefit from a very personal training experience in a private setting.
