I’m beyond excited to share that I’ll be vendoring at “The Wind Down” for the very first time this year! 💜✨️

Raven’s Revitality Nest is coming to the music festival atmosphere, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to bring my passion for holistic wellness to this beautiful gathering.

It’s been magical watching everyone’s vibrant, joy-filled festival experiences this season. The way souls come together to celebrate, connect, and create unforgettable moments is truly inspiring. There’s something powerful about that collective energy, hehe.
It’s pure magic. 🙉

This has been a dream of mine since Shambhala 2022, and after three years of hard work, focus, and faith.. The Moment is here.

I’m so grateful to my friends and family who have supported me, believed in me, and encouraged me every step of the way. This journey has been full of challenges and growth, but it’s never just about the grind,
It’s about being present, following your heart, and sharing your gifts.

🌿 Echoes from the Nest – Volume 3 🌿

There was a time when I fell silent.
Life shifted, and I was stripped down to the core and my wings heavy with change.

But in the quiet, I found my way back to myself.
Through healing, through stillness, through listening to Spirit.
Massage therapy became my bridge,
not just for the body, but for the heart and soul.
Each session became a sacred space,
a soft landing for those carrying weight they couldn’t see.

Now, as July closes and August rises,
so do I.
Raven’s Nest grows stronger, and the light I carry returns to serve.
In this work, I hold space for renewal and grounding.

This August, the Temple awakens again.
With more exciting news to come. ✨️

Every Tuesday, I offer a moment of soul medicine and reflections drawn from the journey between worlds. These posts will be whispers from Spirit, stories of awakening, symbols carried by ravens, and medicine born from lived experience.

✨️There are some stories only silence remembers.
And in that silence, I was forged.

In the dust and solitude of Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and of recent times, Grande Prairie to current, temporarily until my return to Edmonton.

I walked alone, but never without witness.
The wind carried messages not meant for the ear,
but for the soul.
Black feathers appeared at my feet,
two of them, just as I was preparing to leave.
Magpie. Raven. Shadow and shimmer.
They whispered of return.
Not to who I was,
but to who I came here to be.

I have knelt before the Divine in human form, with Reverence,
seen her essence shift before my eyes,
and though no words were spoken,
the message echoed through the ether:
"This path… was never meant to be easy,
but it was always meant to be yours."

I’ve seen faces melt into light.
Felt the air still when Spirit entered the room.
I’ve looked into a mirror and wept,
not from pain, but from recognition.
The one I was searching for was never lost,
only waiting for me to remember.
I am Whole.

Now, as I prepare to return to the city of Edmonton..
Edmonton calls not as a place,
but as a portal.
A re-entry point for the Way I carry.
The Raven does not arrive to seek validation,
but to anchor truth. Light.
To birth the Temple from bone and breath, feather, rememberence..
To hold space for others who are on the brink of remembering too.

This isn’t just healing.
It’s resurrection.
And I carry the echoes like wings.

Grief is not a sign that love has failed. It is proof that it existed.

There are some truths that arrive not in language, but in feeling. In the space between heartbeats.
Today, as I sat in stillness, I felt the breath of Spirit wrap around me like a blanket of wind.

It reminded me of something..
That healing is not about fixing. It is about remembering.
Remembering who you were before the world told you to forget.
Remembering that your tears are prayers.
That your silence holds stories.
That your body is not a battleground, it is a temple.
That love, even when unreturned, is still Graceful. Divine..

I’ve walked with many faces of pain, my own, and those I’ve held in my hands through massage and Reiki.
Each one has taught me something sacred:
✨ The wound is not the enemy. It’s the doorway.
And when you walk through it with presence, the raven shows up, carrying messages from beyond, guiding you back to your nest, to the part of you that never left the light.
