What a drastic breast lift! 🤩 This wonderful client had large, pendulous breasts. She wanted them to be significantly smaller with improved shape and fullness. I performed a mastopexy with soft tissue resuspension while reducing her size at the same time. With the resuspension, I suture the breast tissue to the muscle underneath with permanent suture to provide better shape and fullness particularly in the upper pole. Typically this will not provide as much fullness as with implants, but it is a good option for women who don’t want to use implants and want to end up smaller. She was also quite asymmetric, so I removed more tissue on her right side to even her out. Thanks for looking! Pre-op: 36DD
