I performed a tummy tuck, repaired the muscle separation, and removed a large amount of fat through liposuction to achieve a flatter, more contoured abdomen. Beautiful before and after photos from one of my amazing patients ✨ Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏼 She had moderate sagging and loose skin (more on the right) and wanted more size and fullness, but preferred to avoid a breast lift (more scars, loss of sensation, etc). After a detailed discussion of options and expectations, we chose breast augmentation with 425 cc high-profile implants using a dual-plane technique. Beautiful tummy tuck with liposuction in this mom of two!👩‍🍼 After pregnancies, she had significant abdominal muscle separation, redundant skin, and fullness in the abdomen and love handles. I performed a tummy tuck along with liposuction to thin the abdominal layer and flanks. She has a gorgeous, tight abdomen, and the scar is easily hidden below her bikini 👙 line. This case is also a good illustration of the asymmetries that are present in all patients! 🔍 Look at how off to one side her belly button is! One hip is also slightly fuller and higher than the other. We can improve on symmetry but perfect symmetry is not possible! Thanks for looking.

A beautiful revision case! 🤩 This client had a previous breast reduction/lift 10 years ago. But with time, aging, and gravity associated changes, came in quite deflated and asymmetric. She wanted a modest size increase ⬆️ , upper pole fullness and improved symmetry. I performed a breast lift with the new 440cc HP BOOST implants to give her great size and much better shape. The BOOST implants work well for her because she is very slender, and they are narrower. She has minor folds which will disappear with time and as the implants settle a little more. The reason sometimes this occurs, is because in order to cut out ✂️ more loose skin, we need to make the incisions longer. We always want to balance length of the scar (particularly towards the sternum) and skin excision. Thank you for looking! Pre-op: 5’2” 135lbs 34A

What a gorgeous and drastic breast lift!🔥🔥This wonderful client lost weight and had a significant amount of loose skin and sagging. She also wanted to be smaller as she felt they were large and heavy. I performed a breast lift with soft tissue resuspension, while reducing her at the same time. Nearly perfect with the new HP BOOST implants!🔥🔥This wonderful client wanted a fuller upper pole and had a small size difference from side to side. I used 520cc & 480cc BOOST implants to fill out and even her breasts giving her stunning results! 🤩 I also decreased the space between her breasts. These newer implants work well for those wanting a slightly more obvious look, but also for those with a slender build, as the width of the implant better suits the breast width. Another ‘follow the mole’! 🔍 Look carefully at the mole on the patient’s right side (just above the drawn line), and you’ll see how much skin was removed! 😮 This mom had loose skin and re**us diastasis after pregnancy. I performed a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction to give her a tight, flat abdomen! 😻 You can see her scar is easily hidden below her underwear line. There is mild swelling in the lower portions which will improve with time, but I think she looks amazing already. 🔥 Thanks for looking!
