Awesome in a mom of 5 including TWINS! 👶👶 Her implants need to settle a little more and her scars will continue to fade but doesn't she look incredible? 🔥🔥 She had mild sagging in the breast but didn't want to have a mastopexy. So I used 425cc HP with a dual plane technique to fill out the breasts and lift the ni***es. Most of the sagging is resolved already, but as the implants settle more, her breasts will continue improve. Because of the twins, she had severe re**us diastasis (abdominal muscle separation). I performed a tummy tuck with muscle repair and adjunctive liposuction to transform her midsection. Her scar is low and easily hidden in bikinis and underwear. Nice example of gynecomastia correction surgery! This gentleman had mild to moderate gynecomastia (more obvious when warm) with associated puffiness of the ni**le and ar**la. It made him self-conscious when wearing t-shirts and going to the beach. I corrected this with liposuction and excision of the gland. He looks great already, but his results will continue to improve swelling subsides. Thanks for looking! 😊

Wow 🤩 what a drastic transformation! [**scars will continue to fade with time] This patient had very large, pendulous breasts with severe sagging and redundant skin. She wanted much better shape and smaller size. She was specific about wanting a 50-60% reduction (hence the markings), and I feel I was able to achieve this for her. What a transformation! 🤩 This wonderful client lost 90lbs! And I helped her with the last little bit. She had extra loose skin and an obvious pannus after the weight loss. Nice illustration of the dual plane technique to help with moderate sagging in the breasts. This patient had deflation and drooping after 3 pregnancies. She did not want to have a mastopexy where I cut out loose, redundant skin. Instead I performed an augment with 500cc HP implants to fill and lift her breasts and ni***es. Her implants will settle a little more with time, but a nice example of a revision breast case. 😍 This client had implants above the muscle and sagging that had occured over time. She wanted to stay approximately the same size with better shape. I replaced her old implants with new 550cc HP implants under the muscle and performed a breast lift. In medicine, it's important to stay up to date on the latest. This amazing machine is called the O-Arm. And apparently when I used it earlier this year, I was the first plastic surgeon in Canada to use it. It allows surgeons to obtain a live CT scan of any part of the body during surgery. Another pre-op & immediate post-op (while in OR) breast lift with implants. For this patient we used ultra-high (extra-full) projection implants because she wanted extra fullness and projection. We purposely perform the breast lifts very tight for best result, so initially the top of the breasts almost look too full. Over time, they will soften and look for natural.

Repost with larger covers for the nipples because someone didn't like our last one (even though nipples were covered). Breast lift with implants: pre-op & immediate post-op while in OR. We purposely perform breast lifts very tight for best results. As such, initially, the top of the breast is very full. Over time, they will settle to a more natural appearance.

Yesterday I reconstructed a lower leg wound with a free flap which is where we transfer a paddle of tissue with its own blood vessels and hook it up to other blood vessels (like organ transplantation). This is the artery and vein we connected. They are less than 3 mm wide! More to come on our page.
