Just had a fantastic discovery call with Jenny Jacoby, MBA from The Optical Institute! ⚜️ She’s in upstate New York and I’m in Canada, but distance won’t stop us from finding the perfect glasses to fit her face.

We talked about her skin tone, hair color, and the types of frames that work best with her face shape and prescription. I already have a good idea of what will look amazing for her next pair(s) of eyewear.

Next step: I’ve curated a package of frames for Jenny to try at home. On our next call, she’ll try them on for me so we can narrow down the perfect choice.

Jenny has experienced the frustrations of buying eyewear online with poor results. I’m thrilled we connected on LinkedIn, and I know she’ll feel confident and informed about her next eyewear styles.

Being a service provider is so rewarding — I get to go into people’s homes and give them the time they truly need when choosing eyewear. No rushed appointments, no busy office space — just a calm, personalized experience.
