Back in November, we hosted a Sock Drive, selling Good Luck socks for $10 a pair with 100% of proceeds going to the Home Mission. Our goal was to help provide 375 meals… and thanks to YOU, we blew that goal out of the water!

Did you know animals can benefit from chiropractic care just like we do? 🐾💛

For the past 10 years, Dr. Kris and Dr. Jennie have made sure their cat, Chubs, gets adjusted every single month — and he’s all the happier (and sassier) for it. 😸✨

Lately, Chub has been in the amazing hands of Dr. Renee Grayson, who you may have met in our office when she was completing her internship. Dr. Renee is certified in animal chiropractic and has been taking such great care of him over the last few months. We couldn’t be more grateful!

Starting today, our LiveWell team is rallying together to support Hope Mission, an organization that provides essential care to vulnerable individuals in our community — including hot meals, shelter, addiction recovery programs, and life-changing support services. ❤️

🍽️ Our Goal: 375 meals
💵 Cost per meal: $2.70
Together, we can make a meaningful impact for people who need it most.

Pine Integrated Health Centre is putting on an awesome workshop for kids aged 6-8 that struggle with anxiety and worry! If your family is in need of support with this, Nicole and Kelly are there to help!

Do you have yourself a LITTLE CRITTER who has the JITTERS?! 🐿️🫨🪇

Come join Nicole & Kelly on Saturday Nov. 1st for the Calm Critters Workshop! This is for kids aged 6-8 who struggle with anxiety & worry with the goal to gain some understanding, and also learn some new fancy tricks to feel more safe and confident!

You can register online at www.pinehealth.ca by clicking the “Sign up for a Workshop” tab! This class has a limit of 8 child participants, and each must have 1 parent or guardian to join them.

🌸 Meet Dallas — Our Newest Massage Therapist! 🌸

We’re so excited to welcome Dallas, our newest Registered Massage Therapist, to the LiveWell Chiropractic & Massage team!

Dallas is a proud graduate of MacEwan University’s Massage Therapy Program (2025) and brings a passion for providing comprehensive, assessment-based care for clients of all ages and lifestyles. Her training includes Swedish, sports, prenatal, TMJ/intraoral massage, myofascial release, and more — all designed to help you feel your best, move with ease, and manage life’s everyday stresses.

You can now book with Dallas on Tuesdays (2–7 PM) and Thursday mornings (9–2 PM).

🌷 Exciting update: Starting November 6th, Dallas will also be leading our beloved Mommy Massage Program! This relaxing one-hour massage includes in-office childcare — lovingly provided by Arriane — so moms can take time to recharge while their little ones are cared for.

We also want to take a moment to reintroduce Anibal, who joined our team last month and continues to offer incredible care on Wednesdays (2–8 PM) and Sundays (10–4 PM).

Join us in giving Dallas a warm LiveWell welcome — we’re so happy to have her on our team! 💆‍♀️✨
