We’re so happy to officially announce that Jenna is now accepting her own chiropractic patients at 4 Points Health & Wellness! 🥳

While Jenna may feel familiar to many of you — she’s been an integral part of our clinic, learning, shadowing, and growing alongside our team for quite some time — she has now completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and is officially licensed. And we couldn’t be more proud. 🤍

Jenna’s approach to care is rooted in holistic health and individualized treatment, shaped by her own journey with chiropractic as a young dancer managing performance demands and chronic migraines. That lived experience fuels her passion for supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and guides the thoughtful, well-rounded care she provides.

She continues to expand her skill set and integrates a variety of techniques to create personalized treatment plans that meet patients exactly where they are — whether you’re navigating pain, headaches, movement restrictions, or simply looking to feel and move better in your body.

❄️ Snow Day = Shovel Day

Your back would really appreciate a warm-up

We warm up before hockey.
We stretch before a run.
We definitely warm up before leg day…

…but then we head outside and shovel snow like our bodies are indestructible 😅

Before you grab the shovel, give yourself 3–5 minutes. Consider it snow-shoveling insurance.

Try this quick Snow-Shoveling Warm-Up:

1️⃣ March it out (30–60 sec)
March in place or walk around the house. Get warm before you meet the cold.

2️⃣ Hip hinges (10 reps)
Hands on thighs, push your hips back, slight bend in the knees.
This reminds your body that shoveling comes from the hips—not the low back.

3️⃣ Torso rotations (10 each side)
Arms across your chest, gently rotate side to side.
Shoveling = twisting. Let’s make it friendlier.

4️⃣ Arm circles & snow-angel arms (10–15 reps)
Big arm circles…
then wide, sweeping snow-angel arms (standing version counts 😉).
Cold shoulders love this one.

5️⃣ Squats or sit-to-stands (10 reps)
Your legs should do most of the work—not your spine.

6️⃣ BONUS: Actual Snow Angels (optional, highly encouraged)
If you’re already outside and feeling brave:
Drop down, make a few snow angels, get back up safely.
✔ Full-body movement
✔ Childhood joy
✔ Questionable dignity
✔ Surprisingly good shoulder mobility

Pro tips:
• Smaller shovel loads
• Switch sides often
• Take breaks
• If your body says “enough,” listen

Shoveling snow is basically an unexpected full-body workout.

With a variety of services, our programs can target emotional, physical, and/or spiritual levels of wellness to create an overall healthy lifestyle. We bridge the gap between professionals by having all services under one roof, reducing the stress clients often face when traveling to multiple appointments.
