Change can suck...#perspectiveiskey We are THRILLED to re-open on July 1st but are aware some of the changes may feel tough at first. Client and staff safety is our ultimate priority. Rest assured we have 'done the math' and measured twice, so we only had to install the 'floor distance decals' once 🤣! We have our hand 'sanitization stations' ready and have added new signage for ease of movement through the space. Client masks will be mandatory at all times within the clinic, including during your service. A disposable patient mask will be provided for each appointment. In an effort to reduce waste, we appreciate and encourage you to wear a clean, re-usable cloth mask should you already have one. Your practitioner will also wear a medical mask at all times. Since we are unable to massage you through a plexiglass barrier, our staff will become one with the plexiglass! All RMT's will be in protective eyewear or a facial visor to ensure every preventative measure is taken. So yes change is tough, things may look a little different but we as a staff are choosing to approach this from a positive perspective - being able to share space and the many benefits of massage therapy will be totally worth it. Please prepare yourself for an increased number of Darth Vader selfies and Star Wars jokes. Ener-Qi Massage Therapy operates out of a 1943 character home, located just a few blocks from 124 street and the vibrant high street district in Edmonton. We offer a variety of services including Therapeutic & Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, Swedish Relaxation Massage Therapy, Pre/Post Natal Massage Therapy, Hot Stone Massage Therapy, Lomi Lomi Massage Therapy, Chi Nei Tsang Massage Therapy, Acupressure & Meridian Massage Therapy, Reiki, Non-Fire & Fire Cupping Therapy. Therapists at Ener-Qi have a minimum of 2200 hours training, are licensed with the City of Edmonton, and insured members in good standing with Massage Therapist Association of Alberta, Natural Health Practitioners of Canada, or Remedial Massage Therapists Association (M.T.A.A./ N.H.P.C./R.M.T.A.). Receipts for insurance purposes are provided following each treatment. We offer convenient direct billing to multiple insurance providers.
