I am beyond words ...really...after my first day of neuro fascial reset. This is truly going to be a complete reset of how i will treat all my patients going forward.

The bottom line...chronic pain addressed at the source. Decreased treatment time. Lasting results! I simply cannot wait for Day 2!

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to meet up with Team Sluchinski as
they came together for their training camp in Edmonton.

I witnessed first-hand the dedication needed to perform at the highest level with both off & on ice training.

As their Sports Massage Therapist, my role is to deliver targeted treatments to address the physical demands of the game & expedite recovery times.

Damn...it's another roasty one here in . So a salad was in order along with a new recipe.

Grilled watermelon & avocado with lime, feta & mint! It's a keeper! Needs some tweaking...

The BBQ flavor in the watermelon...so different!

And on the mint theme...had to have a mojito!

What a phenomenonal personal experience I experienced today for both my mental & physical well being!

I booked the hamman service. Which included a aromatherapy steam, a full body exfoliation with your choice of aromatics.

And is if that wasn't enough, you were led to a calming massage room & were given a choice of scented oil of your choosing to rehydrate your skin.

Jeanna was so professional & courteous...and explained each step of the treatment thoroughly.

As a RMT, Sometimes I find it challenging to find the right environment for my needs.

Healing Waters...is where I will return for all my self care needs.

Had a great time in Kelowna Four Foot Curling Camps & at the Kelowna Curling Club. Summer Spiel weekend I landed on a fantastic team from Coyotes Curling Club. Great Curling & fun by all.

My new Team mate, Scott & I share the appreciation for food & snacks and compared notes on our favorites.

This special delivery arrived on my doorstep today! My official curling emergency kit! 🥌🔥

I am beyond words for the day I have had....

#1 - 15 yrs ago + I had the opportunity because of my friend & broadcaster, Ron Rimer to meet CFL & Edmonton Eskimos receiver, Jason Tucker.

Fast forward & yet another Elks Fan Day ..once again without expectation, I was fortunate to reunite with Mr. Tucker as he has re-joined the Elks as the Recievers Coach for this season.

#2 - 75th 2024 Elks Anniversary Dinner..thanks to Cathy King & Bruce for kindly inviting me knowing I've been a life-long fan as a kid & currently still a fan of the Eskimos/ Elks.

Tre Ford was at the table as our Elk! The conversation that we had led to yet another connection. Today, we re-connected during the Elks Fan Day!

#3 - Collin Delia - Goalie Bakersfield Condors. Refered to me via another Therapist last year. Mr. Delia attended the 2024 Edmonton Oilers Training Camp.

Fast forward - our Oilers are yet again for this years Stanley Cup Playoffs. Collin got "called up' & in turn received a text and I got "called up" to take care of my Goalie today...

I am truly humbled for the help I have received for these opportunities & the trust & friendships that have come to be with these amazing athletes.

My heart is so full! ❤️

My curling season continues...as the Booster Juice World Junior Mixed Doubles start today here in Edmonton!
