🔥 IRONMINDS RUGBY PERFORMANCE WEEKEND 🔥
🏉 Girls High-Performance Development | Feb 28 – March 1

This is not a camp for everyone. This is for serious 15-18 year old female rugby players ready to push past their limits and take their performance to the next level — on and off the pitch.

Led by elite female coaches and professionals who have competed at the highest levels, IronMinds is built to empower young women in rugby and ensure they have the tools, support, and resources needed to reach their goals.

Over one intensive weekend, athletes will be challenged by elite guest coaches through high-level sessions that test skill, physicality, decision-making, and mental toughness — mirroring the demands of higher-level competition.

🧠 Sports psychologists (former elite athletes) will guide athletes through pressure, confidence, adversity, and high-performance expectations.
🥗 Sports nutritionists will break down how proper fueling drives recovery, strength, and consistency.
🎤 Trailblazing female guest speakers who represented their country will share real experiences and lessons from the top level of the game.

🏨 Includes an overnight stay at the Wyndham Hotel, dinner, and intentional team bonding — because strong culture and connection matter.

💥 This weekend is for athletes who want to:
