Important Update: My family and I have made the decision to relocate to Sherwood Park. And after much thought and consideration, we’ve decided to not renew our lease for Aura, instead, I will be working in Sherwood Park beginning May 1st, inside the Park Professional Centre at
1606 Sherwood Dr. This decision didn’t come lightly, as we love our Whyte Ave family! But ultimately it makes the most sense for me and my family moving forward 😊 I’m looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces into this new space as we settle into our new community.

You can still book treatments at our Whyte Ave location until April 30th.
Beginning May 1st, there will be a new booking link for appointments in Sherwood Park. And all Instrumental Bio-communication appointments will be done remotely (books are currently closed for new clients - reopening in the fall).

Kelly Moore is a Holistic Health Practitioner originally from Fort McMurray, now happily rooted in Edmonton, where years of connection and community have grown into a second family. She enjoys spending her free time out in the garden, reading a good book, crafting healing bath salts, body scrubs and creams, or out wandering in nature

What is your unique approach to healing?
My focus is on Instrumental Biocommunication— a cutting-edge approach that uses technology to create a personalized care plan for each client. By listening to your body’s unique energy signatures, we can identify and address disharmonies at their root. 

What book do you find yourself returning to over the years? 
I always return to “The Secret Life of Plants.” It beautifully explores the interconnectedness of all living things and the unseen consciousness that surrounds us.

What’s a fun fact about you?
I’ve been a geek for the science of healing since I was young, specifically obsessed with understanding spontaneous remissions and miraculous healings. That lifelong curiosity is now my life’s work.  

What’s your favorite modality? 
Hands down, Instrumental Biocommunication. It was the missing piece that transformed my practice and my own life. It provides such precise insight that our treatment plans are now deeply personalized. It completely changed how I see healing, proving that the body’s energy is a logical, measurable system we can actually communicate with.

If you’re curious about RAPID, but not sure what to expect. Here’s a quick breakdown:

• Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (e.g. gym wear)
• First session ~ 45 min (assessment + treatment)
• Follow-ups ~ 30–45 min
•The therapist will assess and palpate areas based on your concerns.
•Specific tension is then applied, usually in combination with an active movement.
•Tenderness and discomfort is common during the treatment
•Most people notice relief, better movement, and less tension right after the session
•Soreness after the session is normal
