Expressive Art Therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses art, such as drawing, painting, movement and writing. You don’t have to “be good at art” or learn how to do art in a certain way. It is about using creativity to explore emotions, thoughts and experiences that can be hard to put into words, allowing them to flow creatively 🤍

Consistency isn’t about doing it perfectly. It’s about returning, even when it feels hard.🌷✨
