Wellness in the Sanctuary✨
In the dull days of winter there is no lovelier space than a greenhouse.
Join us for our annual Wellness Sessions in the Sanctuary, yoga & sound bath, an experience designed to soothe the nervous system and lift the winter blues.
Surrounded by vibrant houseplants, soothing waterfalls, and natural light, these sessions blend movement, breath, and deep rest in a truly nourishing setting.
Each session is thoughtfully crafted to support balance, relaxation, and renewal through your choice of Gentle Yoga that connects breath to movement, mindful stretching and restorative postures to release tension, or a calming Sound Bath practice to settle the body and mind. We close with deeply supportive restorative breathwork so you leave feeling grounded, calm, and refreshed.
Set within the living energy of the Salisbury Sanctuary, these sessions are an invitation to reconnect with yourself and the natural world, no matter your level of experience.
