🧘‍♀️Find a comfortable position: Sit or stand with your back straight.
😌Close your eyes: This can help you focus on your breath, but it's not essential.
👃Inhale: Slowly inhale through your nose for a count of four, feeling your lungs fill with air.
⏳Hold: Hold your breath for a count of four.
😮‍💨Exhale: Slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of four.
⏳Hold: Hold your breath out for a count of four.
🔁Repeat: Repeat this cycle for as long as you feel comfortable.
