Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

You ever get the feeling you might be on the wrong path? Yea I do sometimes, but not with reiki. I knew I needed reiki for myself and eventually to offer to others. It's taken over a year to get my Fourth Degree in Usui Ryoho Reiki. Was it easy? Nope, not at all. But with it being difficult for me , I value it more.
Thank you, Krystle and Anne- Marie, for being my teachers on this journey.
