To say I am absolutely devastated doesn't really cover it. Anyone that has spent any time with me knows that my mum was my best friend and favorite person.

Now my sweet angel 😇 is in heaven.

Oh precious!!!!! Do you have feline friend or pup who is obsessed with you when you're working out!!😂😂😂 spot the few times precious almost knocks me off the ball!! My reformer friends... spot feet in straps frog?! Alot of the inspiration for moves comes from the Reformer so if you don't have one at home no matter!
