Some of us choose the healing path by necessity - life has gotten so utterly complicated that we can't go forward any other way. For me, it was leaving an abusive relationship, and having to navigate family court & divorce that led me to healing long neglected parts of me. So many things to heal from, parts that had been exploited & manipulated over and over by fears & false beliefs.

Some of us choose the healing path through wanting to realize our hopes and dreams, yet knowing something is missing, something happening in us and through us is needing our attention first before we can have what we truly desire.

Some of us choose the healing path because we know, we hear the nudges of our heart, we see our patterns, and we want relief, whether we are overwhelmed by emotions, anxiety, grief, or just the desire for more.

Some of us our curious what else is out there, and know firmly that there is much more to this life than what we experience here on Earth.

Some of us all of the above... some of us many other reasons and stories! But the common ground is the same:

💫Parts of us are seeking support.
💫Parts of us are wanting our attention.
💫Parts of us will benefit profoundly from time spent journeying within.
