There are certain tools that can make your health and fitness journey just that bit easier, which is why we recommend the following to ALL of our clients. 💪
1. Soft Measuring Tape - one of the best ways to track progress is by measuring certain body parts, and a soft tape is essential for this.
2. Fit Track Scale ⚖️ a good scale is so important when tracing your weight, and we recommend the Fit Track ones!
3. Fully Equipped Gym - when you have access to a full gym, your coach can give you a more varied training plan, utilizing different types of equipment, which work different muscle groups.
4. Time for Meal Prep 🥗 eating according to plan is essential to the success of your transformation, so making the time to meal prep is always a must!
5. Step Counter - this isn't essential, but it's a bonus to track your daily movement. This is especially nice if you work an office job, as they can remind you to get up and move during the day.
6. Water Bottle 💧 drinking water is so important, but something most of us struggle with, so having a big water bottle that you don't have to keep refilling helps a LOT.
7. Journal - we are big advocates for mindfulness, especially at the bookends of your day. Use it to reflect, practice gratitude, vent, or all of the above.
8. Good Lighting (for check-in/progress pics) 📸 If you're taking progress photos for your coach, or for yourself, having good lighting helps to see your true form.
