WELCOME TO RESET WELLNESS, we’re your neighbourhood & integrative wellness centre in the heart of Whyte Ave. We’re a Trauma Informed Wellness Centre specializing in *Manual Osteopathy, Massage Therapy, Yoga and Mental Well-Being* on #WhyteAve. WHAT DO WE DO?
We help our community of clients feel connected to their body and feel better in their skin. Our purpose is to help nurture and build our clients physical and mental health. We support our community in regaining personal well-being, confidence and resilience, all the while reducing physical discomfort and improving mobility. WHY CHOOSE US?
