Such an exciting time to be an Oiler Fan!
What a Neat clip. We get to watch our own Edmontonian on his journey to success in the NHL and now in the playoffs Game 2. Lovely to hear skinner say “started to working on the mental side of the game, working on things besides hockey actually that really ended up helping me with hockey.” He’s working inwards and it shows.

The month of May wraps up a busy Mental Health Awareness month! Thanks to the Brophy Consulting team for the learning and fun with Hats on for Mental Health in early May.

Some thoughts to wrap up the month:

A hallmark of Adlerian thought is the concept of community feeling. Community feeling is the experience of having a place in the world and feeling a responsibility to contribute to the whole.

Social Interest is activating this community feeling and putting it into practice. We experience this connecting
with other living beings, a sense of belonging in the human community, cooperating with others, treating others with respect, and engaging others from a position of social equality and value.

It includes an understanding that we must live with concern for the welfare of all.
