Finally home after an extra 6-days in St Maarten due to flight cancellations in the Caribbean.

Bought this little gem on the French side in Marigot, St. Martin. I had never seen black virgin olive oil before. This is made in France.

Not sure how I will use it. Any ideas you suggest?

I am thinking it could be nice drizzled on a piece of warm sourdough bread or maybe I could even try to make a focaccia bread with some fresh bruschetta 🫢
