Motivation Monday

Get up when you fall down. . . I just started skating two weeks ago and last Wednesday; I feel hard and hurt my shoulder.

Today I got back up when skating and didn't fall.

Life is about trying again.

My Story

In 2010 I decided to get healthy so I hired a trainer. I started eating healthy and trained three times a week. Within a few weeks the weight started to melt off and I fell in love with HITT. After loosing my extra weight I decided to become a personal fitness trainer. So I took my personal training and eating cert. I have been working with clients sense 2012. I would with a wide range of clients online and in person.

In 2016 I fell in love with running and have completed multiple races. I now provide running personal running and nutrition programs.
