1991 — Massage Therapy Graduate, Grant MacEwan College
Completed the Massage Therapy Program at Grant MacEwan College, beginning a lifelong career in health and wellness.

1995 – 2007 — Founder & Owner, Integrated Wellness Centre
Founded and operated a successful multidisciplinary wellness centre focused on pain management, injury recovery, and holistic health. During this time, I deepened my understanding of natural healing, including the importance of maintaining healthy vitamin D levels and supporting cellular repair through Light Therapy. After 12 years of growth and service, I successfully sold the business to pursue a new passion — helping people reduce inflammation and restore health through nutrition and lifestyle.

2007 – 2012 — Research & Focus on Inflammation and Nutrition
Dedicated this period to studying how inflammation and diet influence chronic pain, fatigue, and recovery. Explored how specific foods and nutritional strategies can help the body repair, detoxify, and maintain balance naturally.

2012 — Certification in Light Therapy (BIOflex Medical Systems)
Discovered Light Therapy as the missing link in inflammation recovery. Trained and certified with BIOflex Medical Systems in clinical-grade Light Therapy, focusing on its role in accelerating healing and improving lymphatic and circulatory function.

2014 — Advanced Certification in Laser Therapy (K-Laser International)
Expanded Light Therapy expertise with advanced certification through K-Laser International, further specializing in tissue repair, pain reduction, and cellular regeneration.

2024 — Founder, The Light Therapy Mastery Certification™ & The Light Therapy Formula™

Founded two educational programs to share more than a decade of Light Therapy experience with others. The Light Therapy Mastery Certification™: A mentorship-based, self-paced certification program for practitioners that includes lifetime clinical support and business-building guidance. We lose it when inflammation slows down the body’s ability to repair itself.
