Try box breathing:
1️⃣ Inhale for 4 seconds
2️⃣ Hold for 4 seconds
3️⃣ Exhale for 4 seconds
4️⃣ Hold for 4 seconds

Repeat for 2-3 minutes and notice how different you feel. Your nervous system will seriously thank you.

Planning to watch the Big Game? Let's be real, you're going to be sitting for hours. Your back, neck, and hips are already feeling it.

Here's your Halftime Stretch Routine (do it during halftime or commercials):

🏈 Couch Cat-Cow: Sit on the edge of your seat, arch your back, then round it. Repeat 10x.
🏈 Standing Hip Flexor Stretch: Lunge position, push your hips forward. Hold 30 seconds each side.
🏈 Neck Rolls: Slowly roll your head in circles. 5 each direction.
🏈 Seated Spinal Twist: Sit tall, twist to look behind you. Hold 20 seconds each side.
🏈 Shoulder Shrugs: Lift shoulders to ears, hold 3 seconds, release. Repeat 10x.
