Welcome to Catherine Dowhaniuk Bowen Therapy and Massage,

I am a registered Massage Therapist as well as working towards my full certification in Bowen Therapy. Located in the heart of Vegreville, I offer Bowen Therapy and Massage treatments. Bowen Therapy/technique is a gental muscle manipulation therapy that triggers your bodys self heal properties, which allows your body to relax, destress and balance itself so more muscle release is possible. Bowen Therapy is a modality on its own, which can also be added to Massage to enhance muscle release effects. Because it is so gentle this treatment can be done on anyone from infants to the elderly. I also offer many different types of Massage Therapy in my practice, from relaxation and deep tissue to lymphatic and pre/post natal massage, and many more. I am available Monday - Friday 11:00 am -7:00pm and have several appointment times available throughout the day.
