🧘‍♀️ Find your inner calm at our basic Hatha Yoga class designed for participants who are newer to Yoga. This lower impact class will guide you through the basics of yoga.

Well, it's for everybody. Many of us think we can't practice yoga because we aren't flexible, but the truth is: Yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you practice yoga every single day.

Yoga for All begins with gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques to promote relaxation and calm. You can expect gentle poses like Child's Pose and Downward Facing Dog. Modifications are provided to promote an accessible practice.
