What is Mysore style practice?
It is the traditional way of learning and practicing Ashtanga Yoga. Students practice a set sequence of postures (asanas) at their own pace, with the teacher providing personalized instruction and adjustments if needed/wanted. Mysore style allows for a more individualized approach.
What if i don't know the sequence?
Nobody knows the sequence when they start.❤️ It is all taught slowly, safely, and individually, day by day. You will remember it quickly and receive so much one on one help. It's the most beautiful way to grow and change.
If you wish to deepen your practice and are looking for more one on one, Mysore is how you start. It helps develop so much self-awareness and trust amongst others and yourself. I love nothing more than to spend my mornings with you and teach you this system I love.
So if you are scared, come. You won't meet a group of more humble, kind, supportive individuals💕. And we have coffee and samosas on birthdays😉❤️😂
