Yoga for All Bodies is an inclusive, accessible class designed for real people with real bodies. Expect supportive guidance, plenty of variations, and a pace that helps you build strength, mobility, and confidence without pressure to “perform.” Perfect for beginners, returning to yoga, larger bodies, and anyone who wants a class that actually meets you where you are.

If you think you’re not flexible enough for yoga, yoga is how you get flexible. If you’re dealing with aches, fatigue, age, injury, a larger body, or limited mobility, we meet you where you are.

Our accessible classes offer seated, wall, and mat variations so you can practise in the way that feels right for your body. We use plenty of props, we move at a steady, respectful pace, and our teachers are trained to offer clear options without pressure. Expect a welcoming room, small groups, and zero judgment.

Perfect for true beginners and anyone who wants supportive, nervous system friendly movement.

Life is absolutely a co-authoring situation.

The universe brings the plot twists, the surprise chapters, the characters you would not have cast if you were in charge of the show. The detours that make you question everything, the timing that feels rude.... It is easy to get caught up in blaming life, and yes sometimes life is just hard.. or worse, but we have to remember: we are not just a character in the story. We are the co-author's.

Even when I cannot control what shows up, I can choose how I meet it. I can pause before I react. I can tell the truth about what I need. I can come back to myself instead of abandoning myself.

That is the part no one can take from you. Not the past, not other people, not a hard season, not a messy chapter. Co-authoring with the universe is not passive. It is presence. It is agency. It is coming back to yourself again and again.

If you are in a chapter that feels like it is writing you, consider this your reminder: you still get a say. And if you want support taking your pen back, Unwritten begins January 15 at 7:15pm.

Words are not magic because they are “positive.” They are magic because they train your attention.

Mandi is hosting an Affirmation Card Workshop at Above Average, and it is not about pretending you feel great when you do not. It is about creating a small set of honest phrases your nervous system can actually believe. The kind of words you can reach for on anxious mornings, heavy days, and in-between seasons when you are trying to stay soft without losing yourself.

In this workshop, you will create your own set of affirmation cards to take home. Real, grounded, and personal. You will be guided to choose language that fits your life, not someone else’s highlight reel.

If you have ever rolled your eyes at affirmations, this is for you too.
