With the heaviest of hearts I need to announce that we are closing this location. Over the last 6 years we have had the honour and privilege of calling this incredible space our home and as sad as we are about having to make this truly heart wrenching decision, I am excited about what is on the other side of this.
I will still be offering a handful of classes which will be in person only, which I am incredibly excited about and the online studio will continue with a new format which I hope provides you with more utility! I will be continuing to service my private clients and corporate community.
For now classes will resume in the studio until the property sells and when that days comes I will be operating out of the incredible private facility located directly below the studio behind the actual Navina Yoga sign.
I hope that you can understand and appreciate that this decision was not made lightly. We want to end by saying Thank YOU for being a part of this community and although this is the end this chapter, I hope to connect with you again in the next one. In the meantime I hope you can join us for class before June 30th as I know the team would love have you 💙

This practice works the physical, energetic, and mental bodies to bring you back into harmony and ready to unwind fully for the end of class in which you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice.
Nidra practice is a systematic investigation of your internal structures, your body will be relaxed however you will remain consciously alert despite the fact that your eye's will be closed. The practice will guide you into a deep relaxation you will be amazed how powerful relaxing your body and mind can really be!
