Pose of the Week: Wild Thing Pose ✨
Wild Thing Pose is a reminder to stop taking life so seriously and embrace the messy, beautiful joy of movement. To practice Wild Thing Pose, start in Downward Dog. Lift one leg high, staying high on opposite toe, bend at the knee and flip your dog. Land your foot on the mat staying high on toes, while keeping other leg strong, straight and engaged. Extend your top arm and lift your hips high.

Boat Pose helps you find your balance on the waves and fire up your inner strength. When you engage your core, you tap into the powerhouse of your intuition and willpower. To practice Boat Pose, sit with knees bent and lean back slightly. Lift your feet off the floor and extend your legs to a “V” shape while reaching your arms forward to stay buoyant. Keeping your gaze forward and your spine strong. Namaste 🙏

To practice Eagle Pose, wrap one thigh over the other foot and if accessible hook your toe behind your calf. Cross your arms at the elbows and wrap at wrist until palms touch.
