✅ Stretching can propel your strength workouts forward by improving mobility.

👉🏽Give these stretches a try to keep your low back happy

1. Knee-to-chest twist: Laying down with your core engaged slowly bring your knees from side to side until you feel a gentle stretch in your low back. This stretch is great for everyone!
2. Seated Spinal Twist: Keep a tall and long spine, and your core engaged, cross one leg over the other and twist in the opposite direction until you feel a gentle stretch.

While being in a motor vehicle accident is not fun, we’re here to help you get back on your feet!

• Even if you don’t have any symptoms, schedule an assessment with your physiotherapist or chiropractor. Symptoms can show up days or even weeks afterwards after the body is no longer in shock. Common symptoms to pay attention to are headaches, sensitivity to light and sound, dizziness, and pain and or aches in muscles of the neck, shoulders, back and hips.

• You are entitled to the assessment and up to 21 treatments that are covered by your motor vehicle insurance company. After your assessment we develop a collaborative treatment plan including chiropractic, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture and psychology.

• YOU DECIDE the clinic where you will receive treatment. At Kinetic Living we provide an hands on, one-on-one approach to care with an emphasis on manual therapy and rehabilitative exercise.
