If u want to understand why I talk ONLY about consciousness & politics ... I spent the week in a FB group called "intergalactic light workers" or some nonsense ...What i found in this facebook group were the most unhinged insane white people who exuded victimization projection intolerance bigotry and ZERO accountability...several of them came over to my facebook profile to try to either 1) hold me accountable when theyre the psycho toxic person who ive never interacted with (images 1 and 2 in the video) who later blocked me after I started making fun of her photos bc she was so ignorant and unconscious about being the problem. 2) are in their 50s and absolutely miserable and probably dropped out of therapy bc the therapist said they should take accountability....CONSCIOUSNESS is all you have. If u want to be SPIRITUAL GET CONSCIOUS FIRST

At the heart of the Mind is the heart itself. The flame that sparks and blinks through a lifetime.

Some of us we ignite the flame and become consumed by the fire.

Others of you avoid the flame bc its behind the attachments you hold so dear. Everything is an attachment that you understand.

Your friends
Your job
Your feelings
Your experiences
The whole ego experience is attachment

Its absurd what we cling to and what clinging to it causes

has been the best and it has helped me break attachment ...ive experienced another milestone today, im leaving the cerebral experience.

Attachment is the cause of everything related to ego. Bc ego is attachment. Ego is the beaver who uses everything around it to build a hut and change the course of the environments growth and natural beauty.

U need to deconstruct the environment in order to break the attachment
